During the American Revolutionary War, the British army used both bronze and iron 6-pounder artillery. The bronze artillery was much lighter but it's range was only 1200 yards compared to the iron cannon's 1500 yards.
This kit contains 6 red British artillery figures and a 6-pounder cannon.
Don't worry about bent/warped parts. Just dip the figure in steaming hot water, and it will straighten out almost entirely by itself. Dip it in cold water to help it set.
These figures are not only great for collecting, they are also THE best for wargaming on a grand scale. Add a little weight to the base, for example, and you can fight "Little Wars" as created by the father of miniature wargames, HG Wells.
