    Description

Offered is a used Conn Director trumpet outfit. The serial number is H78723X which I believe dates the instrument to 1966. They just don’t build them like this anymore. These were super popular back in the day. A lot of band teachers required these instruments in their programs. This instrument plays very well and all slides and valves work well. I pictured the valves so you can see how little wear they show. Cosmetically it does show the wear and tear of the years. The lacquer is about 70%. There is one small dent under the pinky hook and a couple of pings in the first valve slide but check the pictures carefully and satisfy yourself. It is possible that the pinky hook has been reattached sometime in the past but they did a good job if that’s the case. It comes with a Conn 7C mouthpiece that shows some wear. The case is a Blessing case and it protects the trumpet but it is worse for wear-two feet are broken on the bottom and the handle is attached but the plastic is broken around it. This would make someone a cool and historic instrument. I believe this trumpet has a lot of life left. Good luck and bid often. We ship to lower 48 but will ship internationally if buyer pays the rate.
