Gebhardt Bb/A Rotary Trumpet - Heckel Quality from Dresden, Great Player!

Description

In the early 20th century when Heckel was making their famous rotary trumpets for top European orchestras such as the Vienna Philharmonic, so was Gebhardt. Both were located in Dresden and made fabulous instruments.
This Gebhardt sports 4 valves, the 4th being a rotor tap to play in A.
While the instrument doesn't look pretty, it plays very well. The rotors are in amazing condition. It's had some very sloppy past repairs, but a competent repair tech can clean it up and make it look how it plays.
Definitely needs a cleaning both inside and out. Rotors are sluggish, but are in great shape. Some dent work, cleaning up solder joints, reattaching braces, and a small crack on the bell tail.
