George Washington 2-Cent Stamp Used

US Postage Stamp George Washington Two Cent 2¢ Red design of 1894-95.  I am not an expert in stamps, but this is my judgment of the stamp: Type IIII has thin lines in the triangle, and the lines do not cross the double frame line of the triangle, Unkown if there is a watermark, lightly canceled, not sure about the gum but its used, i would judge it fine according to a stamp book. sold as is if you have any questions before buying please message me, will be shipped in a hard plastic baseball card case water proof in a bubble mailer with fragile stickers certified mail and return receipt by USPS. thanks Doug
