This is a square plate that measures a
pproximately 3 3/4" and most likely made by Bradley Exclusives, as they specialized in square ceramic wall hangings with gold around the front edges and various drawings/illustrations in the center.
This piece reads, "God Bless This Lousy Trailer home" and shows a large Mid-Century trailer (not a small "tin can").
Overall in good condition. Sticker on the back has worn down. One of the back hanging holes appears to have been cracked/chipped, but there are no other chips or cracks on the piece. See photos for details.
