Commemorating the 50th Anniversary of Apollo 11, and its moon landing in 1969
20,000 were handed out on 7/20/2019.
The bobblehead is in great shape, with all its accessories (helmet and flag), and its tombstone intact (sponsored by Raytheon).
The box is also in good shape.
It was only taken out of the box to take pictures.
