We are very diligent in our packaging and shipping due to the delicate nature of what we sell, however if you would like to return an item please review our return instructions:
We do not accept returns on Lladro, personal items, ship
building
kits, and some other specific listings and will note it at the top as part of the items description.
We typically accept returns within 30 days of your purchase through the eBay Return process and as long as the item is returned in its
original
condition.
You must
initiate
the return request by selecting the return option from the listings drop-down menu.
If the item you purchased from us arrives to you damaged or broken, we please ask for you to send us a photo of the damaged item and / or the packaging with your return request when you submit it.
We do not provide shipping envelopes or packaging materials for your return, but you are more than welcome to re-use

we provided when the item shipped back to us.
