To return an item, simply contact us for return instructions, and a Return Authorization. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Electronic items and gas valves may not be returned after being installed, unless they are defective. In some cases, defective items may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and approval before the credit can be issued.
